The term 'Shirodhara' can be simplified as Ayurvedic Bliss Therapy. In this therapy, warm oil is poured in a slow stream on your forehead that pacifies the subtle aspects of doshas. This treatment nourishes the nervous system, enhances mental clarity and promotes relaxation.

Bashpa Swedana

This is basically Full Body Herbal Steam Therapy, which includes steaming the entire body excluding the head. A sweat box is used in this method. Used after Abhyanga or other oil massage, it aims at detoxifying your body and providing healing effects.
