Day 01 : Mumbai

On Arrival you will be transferred to hotel.

Day 02 : Mumbai Aurangabad (Flight)

Visit Mumbai (Bombay) the commercial capital of India. Gateway of India built to commemorate the royal visit of George V and Queen Mary in 1911, the Prince of Wales Museum housing collection of Indo Saracenic architecture, Flora Fountain, Victoria Terminus, Malabar Hill and Mani Bhavan (Gandhi Home) are the places to visit. Assisted transfer to Airport for your departure to Aurangabad by flight.

Day 03 : Aurangabad

Full Day Excursion To Ajanta Caves: visiting 2000 year old thirty rock hewn caves at Ajanta, cut into the scarp of a cliff are either Chaityas (chapels) or Viharas (monasteries). On the walls of the caves are paintings, many still glowing with their original colours.

Day 04 : Aurangabad

Visit Ellora caves. These monolithic carvings are intricate and are carved from top to bottom. The most famous amongst these is the Kailash cave dedicated to Lord Shiva. There are in all 34 caves, of which 12 are Buddhist, 17 Hindu and 5 Jain.

Day 05 : Aurangabad Mumbai (flight) Cochin (flight)

Assisted transfer to Airport for your departure to Cochin by flight. Visit Fort Kochi Beach, Fort Kochi and Chinese Fishing Nets in Cochin.

Day 06 : Cochin Thekkady (Surface)

Drive to Thekkady. visit The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary - Lying close to the plantations, in the rich jungles of Periyar in Thekkady is one of the world's most fascinating natural wildlife reserves - the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however, is the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake.

Day 07 : Thekkady Kumarakom (Surface)

Drive to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is an unbelievably beautiful paradise of mangrove forests, emerald green paddy fields and coconut groves interspersed with enchanting waterways and canals adorned with white lilies. Situated on the Vembanad Lake, this small water world has plenty of traditional country boats, crafts and canoes, which will take you in to the heart of scenic Kerala.

Day 08 : Kumarakom Trivandrum (Surface)

Then go to Kovalam beach for some photography and drive to Padmanabhapuram Palace, the biggest wood palace in India was built in 1758.

Day 09 : Trivandrum Kanyakumari (Surface)

Drive to Kanyakumari. Then visit Vivekananda Memorial: The memorial has been built on the Vivekananda Rock where the great philosopher - guide Swami Vivekananda went into meditation that transformed him into one of the most charismatic spiritual leaders of this century.

Day 10 : Kanyakumari Madurai (Surface)

Morning city tour of Madurai. Visit the great Meenakshi Temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering gopurams (rising high above the surrounding country side).

Day 11 : Madurai Tanjore (Surface)

Breakfast at Hotel. Drive to Tanjore. Sri Brihadeeswarar Temple built by the great Chola King, Rajaraja -I in the 10th century AD is an outstanding example of Chola architecture.

Day 12 : Tanjore Mahabalipuram (Surface)

Drive to Mahabalipuram. Enroute visit Adi Kumbeswarar Temple, which is a famous Hindu temple with presiding deity of Kumbakonam and the Lordís consort Manthrapeeteswari Mangalambika. Then a short trip to Chidambaram Temple before proceeding to Mahabalipuram. The final stop of your tour is the magnificent Shore Temple.. The temple though ravaged by wind and sea still retains its simplicity and freshness. It has two spires one dedicated to Lord Shiva and the other to lord Vishnu.

Day 12-departure : Mahabalipuram Chennai (Surface) Mumbai (flight) Home (flight)

Drive to Chennai for site seeing, drive past Marina - Marina Beach, the pride of Chennai, is the second largest beach in the world and has a wide sandy foreshore. Onwards flight to Mumbai and then to international terminal for flight to HOME.
